For organizations, our services includes:

  • Pre-termination: We prepare the terms and conditions of termination, working with the legal counsel of your choice or our own legal counsel whose practice is dedicated to employment law in unionized and non-represented businesses across Canada.
  • Termination: We coach and counsel the terminating manager before termination. We plan preparatory logistics, return of company property, transition of the candidate to a career counselor and the candidate’s departure from the worksite.
  • Due Diligence: Especially as we begin our counsel to candidates and throughout the candidate’s search for alternative employment, we report progress on a planned and ‘as needed’ basis to our client.
